Finally someone who knows what bold predictions are lol ... a few of these weren't that bold but i'm sure a few of mine weren't really that bold, either. Some people would say stuff like "New Jersey makes the playoffs," or "Winnipeg doesn't make the top 3 in the Central," when those predictions really wouldn't be that bold. Most of yours i would consider bold. Your boldest is probably Martin Jones, but it could happen. I don't see it but you never know. My boldest i would say is maybe Crosby not getting 90 points. Idk why i predicted that, but i did.

Vatanen won't be moved at the deadline unless the Devils are out of a playoff spot. If they're out of a playoff spot considering the off-season moves they've made I highly doubt Hall will consider an extension. Either both will be Devils after the deadline, or neither will be Devils after the deadline. It's the Panarin/Bob sequel. Hall will not re-sign unless he can compete for the Cup. That much he's made very clear: "I've only won one playoff game in my career."

Good, someone else who knows what a "bold" prediction is. Your 2 boldest are probably Vegas and SJS, but you never know ... there are a few here that i wouldn't really call bold (Florida for example) but most of these are pretty bold.

There are some very bold predictions in here ... but how is Pittsburgh missing the playoffs bold?

Your boldest is probably Talbot. I don't see that happening but you never know ... i'm assuming you used a lottery simulator for those lottery predictions? Also, maybe we'll see the Carolina to Toronto rumours but i don't think those rumours would turn into anything ... the Canes finally seem to have a lot of fans. And their fans are really into it. I can't see them actually moving ... also, wasn't there a deal about not moving them until 2024 or something?

Very Cheap owner... can see his wallet making the decision especially if team under performs.

There's no relocation right now, and I can guarantee you that Toronto isn't getting a second team before Houston gets its first. Arizona is going nowhere, the new ownership is adamant about that. Also ticket sales are through the roof after the Kessel trade, so the Yotes are here to stay. Carolina won't go anywhere either. That's a hockey hot-bed right now and the market is thriving.

I agree ... however, RH93 said that "talks" about a relocation will intensify, not that a team will actually relocate. The one i could see happening is Florida, but even that i don't think will happen. And no, Ottawa isn't relocating, and neither is Calgary nor the Islanders.

Wow, these are some very bold predictions (other than a few - NY Rangers, Pittsburgh, Winnipeg, and Vegas aren't bold ... Vancouver and Arizona are maybe a little bold) ... but how does Winnipeg finish 3rd in the Central but still miss the playoffs? Huh?

Why do so many people pick Pittsburgh missing as a bold prediction? It is not bold at all. Lots of people think they're going to miss. I agree they miss the playoffs, but that is not bold at all. I know they've made it the past 13 years but it's not bold because it's a very common pick.

Aha, I did the playoff predictions after that fact and was worried I was going to make a mistake on one of them.
