probably see moore w JT and marner and muzz-barrie as the top pair but yeeeeerp. marner deal too high for 6. thats what he should get but i doubt it. maybe that at 5? still doubt tbh.

Id like to see Moore with Tavares instead of Petan. Moore and Hyman play the exact same role.

Leafs shouldn't do 5 years. Don't want Matthews, Marner and Nylander up at the same time. This is fair price for 6 years.

I could see a third line centred by Shore, with Spezza on RW. That would allow Moore to move up on the left side at least temporarily in replacement of Hyman.

I agree 100% but I doubt thats what he gets. his camp doesnt want long term (6+) and i doubt they go for a 5 year depending on AAV. i could see a 3 year deal tbh

I believe it's Matthews that doesn't want Johnsson on his line. Babs seems to think that Mikheyev is going to have an important role, so I think he'll at least start the year with Matthews. And if Shore is the 3C, where's Kerfoot?

Would be correct, Mathews behind closed doors has reportedly asked Babcock not to pair him with Johnsson or Kap, its why i can see a Mikheyev-Mathews-Nylander line to start the season.
