Wouldn’t give up on Kirill, especially for an aged player like Getzlaf.

wild are getting old, they're obviously trying to win a cup with this core and Getzlaf gives them a true first line center. Kaprisov isn't a sure thing to come over from the KHL anyway.

I would normally respond to something like this with a “(no comment)” but I can’t stay quiet about this... This is the single dumbest Wild trade I’ve ever seen...and (sadly) one that idiot owner, Craig Leipold would probably push for...

I would agree with MN Bassman about the trade. Kaprizov is the #1 prospect in hockey. The wild have waited this long for him they aren't going to trade him know for an over the hill guy. That trade is so lopsided.
