Pens are going to carry 8 D, not waive Ruhwedel.

They did it last year...

If ur only getting a 4th for Hornqvist just keep him. His 5v5 scoring was fine last season, in fact his best /60 since becoming a pen with the lowest ATOI and loads of time away from the top 6. He’s still good, pens fans gotta cool it on the Hornqvist hate. He was unlucky on the PowerPlay, that’s literally it.

He's also extremely injury prone, at the age where PWF's tend to fall off a cliff in production, undersized (which I really don't mind) for his style of game, and not worth his contract on a cap strapped team that has 1 too many forwards, and ZAR can play a similar game for 1.2 at most... And aside from a Tom Wilson cheap shot he isn't as injury prone (admittedly 1 injury in 1 full season isn't a great start though, but better than Hornqvist who unfortunately will 99% be ltiretired by the end of this contract) and Riikola and Trotman were both on 2 way deals last year, I don't think either of this year, though I'm not 100% sure on that

don't believe the avs will want to take hörnqvists contract considering it will end up being a roadblock for their future signings. would imagine you'd be taking a player back on a deal.

Agree to disagree on HQ.
Trotman and Riikola were two way last year, Trotman still is, Riikola is not, but that doesn’t effect Ruhwedel since it’s independence from waivers status and the coaching staff preferred Ruhwedel
Trotman will be the WBS guy
