I don't care we have had him the past 3 seasons and having him hasn't helped so why is he gonna be a game changer for them? Oilers need to have less of a big physical team and more speed and it's not like they won't be without any grit either Kassian, Neal and Nurse will be a physical presence.

Yes and so we should just copy the champs right? Half the other teams are gonna copy the Blues physical play now then another team is gonna win a different way and then that will the the "direction of the league" we need to ignore other teams and make our own model

Getting Gusev would be good for the Oilers but you should hang on to Khaira, he's one of the few decent bottom 6 players the Oilers have.
