If the Rangers could do that they would need to hire a lot more scouts.
However, Columbus might part with one pick for Strome but not three. Namestikov might get a pick, but probably not a 3rd. Ottawa probably wouldn't give up just the 6th, much less those others.

ranger fan obsession with starting Chytil at 2C, despite the fact he's clearly (at this point anyway) not a good center and a much more productive winger, is really funny.

oh and OTT is a rebuilding team they arent trading futures for an over-the-hump Shattinkirk
