Interesting Rust/McCabe deal. Not something Ive heard before. I could see it happening but I think Buffalo would be more in the business of sending Bogosian over McCabe

I've seen a few DET fans say that have too many d men (Green, DDK, Daley, Hronek, Cholowski, Ericsson Nemeth Bowey all have a reasonable shot at the NHL, Seider McIsaac, Saarijarvi, Hicketts and at least one or two other guys in the AHL that I'm forgetting about

I see what you’re saying but Pittsburgh has no need for a RHD especially someone like Bogosian. I’ve had this Rust McCabe deal in my head since the draft and I feel like it could work from a value standpoint while really helping both parties.

I don't like McCabe. He hasn't played a full season in 2 years. He guy is 25 and only playing 50 some games a season.
Last thing they need is a made of glass defense man especially at the cost of a RW which is the thinnest position on the team and one where they have no depth in WBS.
