All Time Czech Republic Team

Created by: Agent_Of_R9
Team: 2019-20 Custom Team
Initial Creation Date: Jul. 23, 2019

Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
This is my all time team for the Czech Republic. Originally unified with Slovakia, the country is backed with a lot of history in the sport. They endured success from the 50s-70s as stars playing in Europe helped revolutionize their game. Eventually, players started heading to North America and after the country divided into their own republic, they enjoyed success at various events such as the 1998 Olympic Games led by Jagr and Hasek. Alois Hadamczik is the coach I’ve selected for this team, please comment on my selections in the comment section.

A lot of left handers on this team and many old timers. Honourable mention goes to Robert Lang, Martin Straka, Bobby Holik, Pavel Kubina and Tomas Vokoun. Comment your opinion regarding my selections below!

Thank you for the recommendation. I actually have Sykora on this team, check the third line. Zidlicky was a really solid puck moving defenseman whom I originally had on the team, but got him replaced after doing some more research. His most famous moment was slashing and fighting Crosby.

To be honest, I’m not surprised you made this observation. Most of the players in the bottom 9 and on defence were from before the 1990s era. Many did not play in the NHL.

I’m a huge fan of this...it’s the perfect mix of guys who paved the way for Czech hockey and players who have name recognition from their professional and international careers.

Thanks for commenting. The Czech Republic is more of an old time hockey country, so a lot of their legends didn’t make it to the NHL.

Yeah, a lot of these guys were more dominant on the International Stage.
That being said, it may be early, but Pasta might belong on this team now. He's pretty good and Krecji is pretty underrated as well.

Pastrnak is an exceptional player however I felt the Czech team has too much history therefore I didn’t want to leave off any of these old timers.

I am sorry you are so butt hurt, ****. I hope someone takes a gun and shoots your head off one day. You are probably right about Zidlicky, but there are too many great and decorated players in the history of the Czech Republic.
