No way he gets that much on a 3 year deal. Kucherov had like the highest bridge contract after entry level and he was under $5m per year. $10.5 is a min of a 6 year contract and should be 8 years.

If he signs a 3 year bridge, it will be the highest in league history, but more around $8m and you don't have to trade Hyman this year.
