I would take Mantha and run away. Mantha-Eichel-Skinner would be a very difficult line to defend.

With all the Risto for Mantha trades on here I am starting to feel like that is why Buffalo has been so determined to give Risto so much ice time and label him their franchise guy. They are trying to push up his trade value you man. They are totaling looking for someone to rip off! They have been conspiring for years man! He's kinda fun to watch imo. Its either a disaster, or its awesome to see a guy that big do something on offense. (I know hes not that big but he looks monstrous on the ice for some reason)

Playing doesn't increase his trade value. It exposes he's a fraud, I hate to use the word because it doesn't apply, defenseman(?)...

I dont know why people here keep trading vesey. We are not trading him it's not in the realm of possibility. We just traded for him, unless a team wants him in a package deal there is no chance he is traded. I think Mantha for risto is good swap but cities are putting an inflated value on their own. Risto has value right now because there is supposedly a competition for him which skews his value probably not enough for a cornerstone of Detriots rebuild so I think fair value would be risto plus a prospect who would be ready in a year or two would be fair. Detroit is still 2 3 years from being competitive so I don't think they would trade for risto cause it doesn't make sense
