If I’m buffalo, there’s no way i do that deal

A guy with the talent of Mittelstadt is going to be good sooner than later, and Cozens is coming soon too

Laaksonen is too good of a prospect to give up for a short term solution to 2C...
Especially when they’ve got 2 long term ones about ready to take on that roll

Good idea on the BUF trade, but the values are off. If you're looking for a pick + prospect, it isn't a 2nd and a B+/A- guy.

I think Will Borgen + 4th or Casey Fitzgerald/Jacob Bryson + 3rd. Borgen's a shutdown defender an oddly high amount of speed, would probably help out well on the right side. Before we got Jokiharju he was a top guy for a lot of fans.

Mtl have no interest in Nick Holden i would think . But what about Peca against Ryan Reaves ? Vegas POV is for cap space to sign Gusev , Mtl get Julien an enforcer like he had in Thornton years in Boston .

Mtl gets a 3rd to take Holden. He won’t play, he’ll be healthy scratche

As a habs fan, I love it. A healthy scratch for a healthy scratch (Wash) and we move up two rounds in the draft. Let's do it!

May i conter offer Weise vs Holden one on one ? I think cap space is very valuable at this time of year . Guys like Nametsnikov, Gusev a lot of Jets players and so on could be available ..i wouldn't loose flexibility , we already have 7 defenceman + Juulsen should be ready as well . Peca can be bury in Ahl where he cost only 225k , Phil Varone and Riley Barber just sign for even more (400k) to play in Laval .

I think it’s 5 or 6 veterans you can dress in the AHL. Varone Barber Belzile Alzner Olofsson Ouellet. Weise + Peca, way too much veterans

We're all good , Peca and Weise should be 13-14 atm . There gonna be veteran put aside from game to game . Also Olofsson is not a veteran isn't he ? Good point tho .
