So I'm a Blackhawks fan and I've been wondering what the team should do with Brandon Saad? First off let me say I love Saad, he has been a great player for the hawks and has helped us win two Stanley Cups. On the flip side, his second stint has gone as planned only scoring 47 points last year in 80 games. He also has a 6 Mil cap hit over the next two years. I would be fine with him playing a middle six role for the two years but seeing how the RFA market has gone this summer who knows what Debrincat and Strome could ask for plus we have to resign Lehner or Crawford and a couple RFAs all for 19 mil. Is there a possibility that he get's traded and if so what's his value. I don't know if anyone wants his full cap hit of 6 mil so a player in return and maybe a pick or prospect? What teams should be interested in him? Who could replace him? Let me know what you think about this.
