I don’t understand why a surprising amount of these armchair GM teams are right up against the cap without having a full 23 man roster.

Yeah I figured it would be pretty low but I don't know how Edmonton could trade for those 2 without giving any money back in return. Maybe a 1st round pick in condition that Kreider resigns and add another prospect?
