Team: 2020-21 Chicago Blackhawks
Team Explanation
Lockouts usually come with compliance buyout, buyouts no hit to the cap. There were two last time so we can assume there would be two this time. So Smith and Seabrook are gone.
Maatta is relatively cheap for a buyout so buyout smith and trade Maatta

There's also a possibility for Crawford to return on a 2x2.5 if Delia can't cut it in the NHL

What are we thinking about here with the moves I've made. Anyone who should be signed such as an RFA or UFA? Any trades we could see?

*Just a possibility of a fall 2020 lockout which is likely

Compliance buyouts are not given by the NHL just because there's a lockout in the same year. They gave the possibility to do so in 2013 and 2014 because the Cap didn't reach the 70.2 million established by the CBA and teams had to be under the cap by any means necessary
