I guess I was thinking more that more teams in Metro are getting better. NYR and NJD took HUGE strides. But CBJ took a big step back. PIT got worse too but they still have some elite talent. CAR were already good and got better. PHI is meh. Caps got a bit better.

Pittsburgh isnt going anywhere until sid and geno really start to decline, isles brought back everyone but lehner, devils were ruined by injuries, carolina just made the ECF beating the caps btw, philly got deeper everywhere and is stacked, rangers are full of young talent that might not translate right away tho, CBJ I have legit worries about but they still have proven talent everywhere but in goal
