I don’t think Kreider makes it to FA imho.

Kevin Hayes signed for 7.1m...Kreider is better than Hayes IMO so its not unrealistic. I would assume most Ranger fans would agree with Kreider over hayes correct?

Agree, however I think hayes is a bit of an anomaly.. philly trades for his rights in order to come up with a deal ahead of free agency, then they seem like a deal won't happen and they overpay huge with 7.1 mill, Probably just to avoid embarrassment.

Is kreider really what Joe has be preaching though? Young fast skill? I can see why he went after panarin but kreider probably holds little interest (at that cost)

@coga16 oh I agree he’s better than Hayes. I just meant I think he’s signing an extension now with either the rangers or who ever trades for him. I don’t think he waits until July to sign was my point.
