I know people don't like it when I trade a 28 or a 29 year old for 7 years, but If they have lots of quality stats , then why not ? .... but I do see the point people raise.

Look no further than my comment in your last thread. Not trying to “hate" as I would love to see Doughty in a Leafs uniform...but not at his age + his contract, especially if we're trading Mitch for him.

I have no problem with what you say ..... we have a history of talking about this stuff and I know you are helpful. There are always 1 or 2 dicks who will always whine and cry without giving reasons.... they are just drama queens. Others might not agree with me, but they have given reasons why. So I have no problems with them either.

If we could get him without sending AM34, Mitch, Nylander, Rielly, JT, Muzzin or Andersen, I'm all for it! Like I said I would LOVE to see Doughty on the Leafs, I'm just not sure we could make a deal work for both teams unfortunately (ps I clicked on the other person's comment by accident as I thought it was yours at first) but I truly do like the idea! Believe me, I've thought of it myself, but like I said I just can't see a common ground between the two teams. This site is full of them unfortunately, just try not to let them get you down.
