Good lineups and Ehlers trade. I think it could happen, but the Sabres need to add a more significant piece on their end, like a Thompson or Laaksonen, to make it happen, which I am fully willing to do. Also, I don't think Cozens will be on the team this year

I think the jets are out for ristolainen. Im guessing its a surprise team. Trying to read the tea leaves- i think lots of teams are kicking the tires and theres probably some weak offers. I think teams want him on the cheap.

If that's the case I'd be fine not trading him, he's too big of a piece to get a ROR type of return. Let him play into the season and hopefully recoup value
