Yet another top level Executive leaves within a year of taking the job. Something has to give eventually. If they can't convince new people to come in, and they can't keep the people they have, they're ****ed. League has to step in.

Imagine how pooched this team would be if Dorion stepped down. Not a chance anyone signs on to deal with a temperamental dbag owner who is one step removed from being on food stamps. That's why they haven't found anyone to fill the vacant President of Hockey Operations role, despite the league specifically telling them to do so.
