Gus would have to be having a even better year to get Comtois for him. Comtois is very highly touted. i dont think columbus wants Saad back.

maybe the Blackhawks add a little more to grab Comtois I know its a reach and all. Columbus would take him back for a short time If it didn't cost too much such as Milano who had a tough year and off ice issues and a mid round pick for some Middle six help. Thoughts?

I don't see ANA trading for a pending UFA. They're not going to be playoff bound. I like the idea, but it's the wrong team in my opinion.

They're are pretty full of forward prospects and could use a guy who could play the RD and quarterback the powerplay. The trade comes with an extension for Gus as well. I understand its a reach but you never know remember Stan is the master of getting fleeced and fleecing teams.

P.S. they could throw in Chad Krys instead of the 5th rounder
