if we had a good top pair and risto could get slotted with a good defensive dman on a second pair id say sure go ahead. but he would be out on an island even worse than in buffalo , hed score 43 pts and still be -34

Risto just doesn't make sense. By the time the team is competing for the playoffs he will either be a UFA or be behind Hronek and Seider making too much to be on the third pair.

5.4 for a good second pair guy is fine its not the cash that worries me. hes just not the kind of guy we need here about now.

Is this a joke? Ristolainen is garbage and Detroit doesn't want or need him, Zero chance of Mike Green waiving for Winnipeg. Jonathan Ericsson has a 11 team trade list and i doubt Anaheim is on it. Detroit can get a better return for Luke Glendening then this. All of these trades are rejected.
