I messed up the lines slightly.
I'd have it be:
Gourde - Stamkos - Kucherov
Killorn - Point - Johnson
Palat - Cirelli - Joseph
Martel - Paquette - Erne
Smith - Witkowski

Hedman - Cernak
McDonagh - Sergachyov
Coburn - Shattenkirk
Rutta

Vasilevskiy
McElhinney

I saw a link with the GM of Tampa talking about the Condon trade. He went on record saying Dominque would be traded. Then he said he had faith in Condon long term and that injuries had derailed him. The plan was for Wedgewood (I believe it's him) and Condon would play in the AHL. I know things can change. Condon is costing the Tampa 1.2m in cap this year, so trading him as you suggest sure helps Tampa and their cap. Guess the problem with trading Condon is who wants a 2.5m AHLer at this year?

Colorado or Columbus. As of right now those teams still don't have a solidified backup goalie. Colorado's number 2 being Pavel Francouz and Columbus with Elvis Merzliklins. Other potential options. Florida (If they don't yet trust Montembeault) or Toronto (if they don't like either Hutchinson or Neuvirth) I can see Domingue or Condon going to any of these teams. Tampa will likely try to move Condon first with the bigger cap hit, but he'll be harder to sell for that reason. With this current setup I have, Tampa could retain up to 800k of Condon's salary for this season.

According to BriseBois, we need enough cap space to pay performance bonuses this year, because we’re in trouble if they slide to next year. So we wouldn’t be able to retain.

The only real threat to that maybe is Sergachyov, so 800,000. Everyone else's performance bonuses combined including Sergachyov's is around 1.3M. SO yes, need to try and not retain any but not like its a huge amount like Toronto had to deal with this last year.
