That's likely not enough for Mantha but if it was Detroit shouldn't be sending any picks the Islanders way.

Wings have no need for Aho. Remove the Wings 2nd and 3rd and it probably gets done. Wilde had a nice D+1 season, however the Wings passed on him twice in the 2nd round in 2018, so not sure how high they are on him.

I did not mean to put the 2nd rd pick. But I do stand by the 3rd rd pick lol - I think the value (I even think it’s a very slight overpay) is fair enough to where Detroit would consider it.

I think Pulock or Dobson would have to be there.

They can ask , but ultimately a deal could get done without them. Pulock, toews, Dobson, and barzal are the only untouchables on the islanders.

Detroit's untouchables are Larkin, AA, Mantha, Bertuzzi and Hronek. So maybe it would work.

Wilde has top pairing potential just like Dobson, they are just different defenseman. Dobson is an all situations D man who will make his debut this season - Wilde has more offensive upside (he could potentially crack an nhl teams lineup this season) . I would say Dobson is an A+ prospect and Wilde is an A prospect . Wilde , a 1st, and if necessary a 2nd rd pick would be more than enough for Martha. He’ll be 25 and Detroit is probably 2-3 years away from being a playoff team I could see yzerman doing this deal.

Mantha has yet play to his ability and break out. But I think we caught a peek of his potential when he had 7g 8a 15p in 10 games at the end of the season and then 7g 7a 14p in 9 games at at the Worlds. So no I don't think Wilde cuts it he has top 4 potential where Dobson and Pulock have top 2 potential and its not like I'm asking for both. If you want a scorer like Mantha a D prospect with top 2 potential is perfectly fair.
