Description

Puljujarvi has said that he is not interested in signing with the oilers so why not offer sheet him for a limited compensation because Edmonton won't be able to match the offer since they have cap problems and Edmonton won't sign with them nonetheless and we get a player to potentially play with Petey and Brock

This would be a good move for Vancouver - Pulijarvi is at a low ebb right now, but the kid has talent and draft pedigree. He could be had for this price, as Edmonton wants to spend its limited cap room on a third-line centre.

No it isn't. A team has the right to match an offersheet. It isn't up to the player.

I doubt he agrees to an offersheet because if Edmonton matches they literally can't trade him and it sounds like he really doesn't want to go back to esmonton
