If Jumbo doesn't resign with the Sharks he's gonna want to join a contending team with a real shot at winning next year, so Rangers wouldn't even be on his radar.

Joe only wants to resign with the sharks I think but giving him 5.5 mil would probably get him to come over because its about 3 mil more than he is worth at this point

Wild don't have roster space for the forwards they have, they're certainly not giving up a 2nd to make that problem worse.

Fiala going to get like 2.0-2.5 range and Eriksson will get less then that leaving Wild like 6m ...Vlad is one year of 4m, Yes Wild have the room.

Roster space, which is different from cap space

LW Zucker, Parise, Fiala, Greenway, Foligno
C Staal, Koivu, Erickson Ek, Rask
RW Zuccarello, Kunin, Donato, Hartman

That's 13 by my count, 14 if you factor in they'll want to give Nico Sturm a shot to make the team if he earns it. No room for another forward, especially at the cost of a 2nd.

Not sure what cap space has to do with roster space.

That's sad. Rangers have one more roster space. Keep Namestnikov. Send Lettieri down opens another roster space for Strome. I fixed the rangers roster space problem...

Yep we don't have a Cap Prob if we Buried
Matt Beleskey: $825,000 ($1,900,000)
Brendan Smith: $3,275,000 ($4,350,000)
But i still think we need a better 2nd Center if we really want to make a run.

The only Jumbo switches teams is at the TDL Like Ray Bourque did with Colorado.

Last week Strome and Namestikikov were getting 3rd round picks. This week they are getting 2nd round picks, will next week Ranger fans want 1st round pick, or even lottery picks for two guys Ranger fans want to move so as to sign better players.

Rangers fans are getting just as bad as Leaf or Pen fans.

I understand what you are saying. Jay Tea doesn't. He equates cap space and roster space equally. I'm your situation you have to dump Namestnikov and Strome to be under the cap. He doesn't seem to understand roster spots equal cap spots.
