Why trade Clifford when he is a 27 year old with cup experience. Especially after the season he had.

Why would WPG give up their best prospect plus a 1st rounder for Jeff Carter??

Anything that makes LA worse I am all for. I haven’t seen enough of Doughty whining.

That Jeff Carter trade is possibly the worst trade proposal I have seen this summer. Jebus.

If Kings are trading Toffoli, they're going to be getting back picks and young prospects. Not Kyle Turris.

The Lewis trade is fine. Kings would probably have to buyout Condon, as Petersen, Villalta, and Kehler are all slated to play in Ontario this season. One of Kehler or Villalta will get demoted to the ECHL until Campbell gets traded later in the season. A 3rd is fair for Lewis, might have to bump it to a 2nd if the Kings are going to retain 50% on Lewis AND take back a cap dump.

Kings aren't trading Kyle Clifford. I expect him to sign a long-term extension with the Kings sometime this season.
