Don’t know those prospects but they’d have to be good for it to be a 2022 2nd rounder

We wouldn't be able to resign Krieder. Not worth it in the long run

That's funny because Saarela was originally a Rangers pick. And Kampf is no longer a prospect. Just don't think the Hawks have a need for Kreider.

You forgot Kubalik. Stan has already said he's essentially on the team already. Wouldn't surprise me if he's on the top line.

I think it hinges on Dylan Strome being ppg kind of like last season.

It's interesting. The Hawks were (2) teams out of the playoffs, but most people see their lottery win and think they were the 3rd worst team in the NHL. They definitely needed to improve in the offseason and address their biggest concerns with regards to PK and getting more NHL caliber (today) Dmen. Not just propsects trying to learn on the fly. They 100% addressed BOTH the PK and defense, but also then went out and signed Lehner. HUGE plus between the pipes regardless of whether Crow's healthy for the entire season or not. I think they're a playoff team without Kreider. I also don't want Stan selling the farm at the TDL either. They're not cup contenders yet.
