I like the first trade a lot, though OTT says no. Wouldnt suggestbreaking up Dumo-Tanger. While it wouldn’t be impossible I don’t think POJ is likely to be ready this season. Like the second trade a lot. Not sure why trading rust is worth it when you don’t need the cap space. I like your line combos but I’d suggest blueger at C, ZAR has never played a shift at C in the NHl

Bjugstad for Leddy is an excellent deal for both sides. I don't see Ottawa agreeing to that first trade however. Leafs sent a first-round pick to carolina for just one year of marleau at 6.5 mil - johnson and gudbranson each have longer term and combine for a larger cap hit. Plus melnyk is cheap as hell

The Wild have too many forwards, with no need for Rust now. That may have been a good trade before free agency though.

I actually prefer Dumo-Schultz to Dumo-Tanger....

They are giving up a forward though, so they aren’t getting more logjammed

They're giving up a forward who won't play. JT Brown will most likely be put on waivers when the season starts or end up in the press box since his cap hit is nothing. They have 12 players who will need ice time, plus Rask and Nico Sturm who will compete for spots.
