Why would we re sign ceci? Don’t Get me wrong it would be great if ceci performed well and earned a spot in the team next season.

Ceci has played nearly 450 games. Marner hasn't even played 300 yet. Not even close to Ceci.

It would certainly hurt to trade Marner for Matt Niskanen.

Also, Ceci >= Bogosian. Why even making that trade?

The Leafs have been waiting for years to have a franchise player like Marner and you want to give him away in a crazy trade for the Leafs.
Shanahan, Dubas and Babcock will all be looking for a new job if they agree to your trade of Marner to the Flyers.
