Some good options on G.

You can add Mario Kempe, Martin Frk, and Paul LaDue to that list from LA.

Thought of LaDue but think LA keeps him; Kempe & Frk will clear, as they already did in the past.

The Kings are going to have to choose between LaDue and MacDermid, and they're likely to choose the latter because their defensive corps is otherwise lacking in size.

LaDue was given every opportunity to make the team last season and did nothing with his opportunities. My guess is that he's not in the organization by the end of training camp.

Domingue will be moved via trade. This is a list of (young) guys who are likely NHL ready, maybe haven't gotten a chance and could be lost on waivers in September. Domingue is on the market. It's different.

Honka is not a big loss neither a big gain. And he's been in the NHL for two seasons now.

Fedun did well, he is not " young " and has gotten his chance. Lifetime AHLer anyways

From what Holland said earlier is that Svechnikov is exempt from waivers this year, Due to him missing all of last season. So he has another year of eligibility.

Leafs Timashov, I know he has zero NHL games played but he has paid his dues with hundreds of AHL games, he is super cheap (under the current 700k), plays a pest role, kills penalties and has good speed and some offensive upside. If I'm Babcock he starts with the Leafs, replacing Kadri in the pest category.

I'll disagree with many of that list. Sure they will put on waivers but doubt if many would be claimed. The team that claims them has to keep them on the NHL roster....they can't send them to the AHL without being put on waivers again. And then if no teams claimed this, the original owner of this player....back in September team, can claim him back and put him in the minors waivers free.

" Potential " but he hasn't done anything to be good enough to be considered NHL ready imo; just good AHL showing

He carried the moose. That shows he doesn’t belong in the ahl. Give him a backup job for a few games an see how it goes. In his one game against minny, he looked pretty good after he settled in. Made some very good saves. It didn’t help the the jets hung him out to dry that game. He should definitely get a look, especially over some guys like stalock in minny. If SJ trades dell, I could see then trading for comrie who is california raised.

Radil maybe but thinks he stays. Goodrow stays. Prout can be waived 90 times; won't be picked up. Dell probably traded before being waived.

And those guys doesn't work with what I said
