The fact that Gudbranson gets a 3rd is the most laughable part of this
Letang is a RD, Montreal does not need RD
How does that make sense for Calgary?
Ottawa won't want Johnson because that would require actually paying someone

-The Murray and Galchunyuk contracts are terrible.
-Nashville trade isn't realistic. Why does Nashville need an aging winger for over 5 million.
-Philadelphia trade isn't realistic. That first could be a likely lottery pick, and the Flyers are giving up it for a 3rd line center.
-Malkin isn't moving. There are better options for Calgary in aquiring a center if they end up needing one.
-Montreal trade is silly.
-Ottawa won't take Jack Johnson. The stupidist thing with a lot these ACGMs is when people think they can dump their bad contracts onto rebuilding teams for a single pick. It doesn't work like that.
-Gubrandson isn't worth a 3rd.

The Penguins gave up a third round pick to acquire Schultz from the Oilers, that was when he was playing at an even worse level than Gudbranson is now, plus was making 4.5 million AAV.

Pretty much everyone declines, plus Olund’s already back in Sweden and isn’t coming back.
