Either they add a luxury tax, or to be honest I would rather have a lock out in 2019-2020. It's annoying to lose good players at a lower value due to such a low salary cap. So many RFA's aren't even signed. Laine, Marner, Rantanaen, Point, etc. and literally no team can afford them either. Even at the best possible cap crunch, it's tight for every team.....
