If you get him, I think he'll be better at RW for you guys.

I like the idea of the Wild having Laine, even though it's a pipe dream.

huge pipe dream but had to try. didnt do any real lines just put him in the top line. is the trade value close ?

I'm thinking you ask for Luke Green instead of Mathieu Perreault, but the Jets might want the cap reduction.

thats the only reason perreault is in the trade for cap purposes

The wild are giving up way to much. Spurg is a top pairing D, Zuck is a top 6 guy and so is Fiala.

Love the pipe dream trade. I do think it's a bit much for Laine, though. He's insane at scoring goals, but not much else, so I think Spurgeon at half retention is a good starter, and then one of Fiala or Zucker would be good. Even that might be a bit rich for me, but it would probably take an overpay to acquire one of the best goal scorers in the league from a division rival.
