Perhaps you're unaware that Dermott is expected to be out until Christmas, and thus not effective until even later, so Cody Ceci, no matter how seemingly inadequate, is a necessary retention this year.

Why would the Leaf trade Cedci or Hyman for meaningless picks when they have cap space? Marner at 11m seems 2m too high.
