Id take out Subban, Carlsson from that list. Also, Burns shouldnt be 1

I think you have most of the right guys. Just not the right order. Take out Subban, add Slaavin.

Letang Subban Sutter Doughty (IF you're going off last year alone, and even then he's close) and debatably Burns (I tend to favor more DFD's/TWD's soooo...) Aren't top 10

I would have to think seriously about putting a "top-10" list together and excluding Rielly, Giordano, Chabot, Dahlin, Pesce, Klingberg and Parayko.
