Oh boy, I would love to see ROR and Stone play together.

Can you name me another LD who adds something to this team which the others don't? I thought of Keith or Vlasic but opted for the younger Muzzin.

a fast, shifty, skilled 40 goal scorer praised for his defensive game I think is worthy of playing on the first line, no? If there's any knock on Stone it's his skating, which I don't think would compliment McDavid very well.

Seguin, Marner. Eh. Sure. But Marner has chemistry with Tavares and can play the PK. He's also more of a playmaker whereas Tavares, Seguin and MacKinnon are all shooters

Giroux or Stamkos aren't better than Benn?

Stone is an elite passer and would feed McDavid for easy breakaways and could gift him goals. Chbaot, Morrissey, Nurse are all better options than Muzzin, maybe even Letang or Weber

I'd personally prefer two goal scorers next to McDavid as he creates so many chances on his own, ideally quick and agile. I wouldn't describe Benn as quick and agile but he's big and creates space for those who are.

And yes, you got me with Weber. Forgot about him. I thought about Chabot but at the end of the day I don't want too much of the same thing.
