Bratt is certainly a good starter. Throw in McLeod and, let's say, Sissons or White I think that could get it done. You could probably throw in the Oilers second rounder in place of McLeod.

They'd probably want an equally good young forward who is signed to a great deal for the next 7 years. The cost certainty that his contract provides for Vegas is insanely valuable, and it'd probably take an egregious overpay for anyone to acquire him.

Add Wood, a 3rd and Holden on the Knights side. He serves the devils no good on the 4th line and would be a good size replacement for Tuch, this way Vegas gets cap space and maintains their depth and NJ still gets their guy

Vegas in no way is going to move Tuch. And this is nowhere near enough if they were.
This might sound crazy, but the only deal with NJ for Tuch would be Hall one for one.
