Gambrell is extremely unlikely to make the lineup let alone the third line. Why would they break up the top line? Kane and Hertl have great chemistry and Couture and Meier do as well...makes no sense. Also Chmelevski either makes starting lineup or he plays with the Barracuda, he isn’t going to be a healthy scratch his first year in the pros. This is realistic from the perspective of a fan that knows little about SJ.

Assuming Gambrell makes the team, Chmelevski, True & Chekhovich should all play whatever in the NHL or AHL; not be scratches.

Only scratches SJ should have are Gambrell, Suomela and Prout.

I highly doubt that. Goodrow is the 4C and has had that locked down for two years and has done nothing to deserve to lose it. Gambrell is on a two way contract and Goodrow is not. I fully expect to see Gambrell split time between the top six with the Cuda and a healthy scratch with SJS.

If that’s all he can do then it is a total waste. As a potential middle six center I would much rather have him a spot then someone like Karlsson Goodrow or Radil

goodrow is a great 4th line center hes gunna be in that spot for many years to come

I seriously doubt that. He is much better suited on the wing if you watch sharks hockey at all.
