I think he is good insurance but to consistently be in the lineup …. IDK. Im also not sure how long Dermott is scheduled to be out to start the year so but if its a decenet amount of time, I think hes a good option instead of having Marincin

I wouldn't have Phaneuf on the team even if he offered to play for free, he's just totally washed at this point

Gee, I was hoping that either =Teeder Kennedy or George Armstrong would be given the shot...both right wingers replacing Marner. The late Red Horner would be a better choice on defence rather than Phanuef.
Gott think Phanuef is happy to be retired.
