Much as I dislike Tkachuk as an opponent, I am forced to say that I think he deserves more.

On a 2-3 year bridge, it's unlikely he'd get much more than that. That 3rd year could be seen as a stretch, so knock it to 2 years, and 6.75M seems to make sense. It then places Tkachuk back into restricted free agency when the new US TV deal kicks in and the cap sky rockets.
