Clearly you aren't familiar with the prospect pool and depth in Chicago. They have no need for any of these players you are acquiring with the exception of rolling the dice on Chytil.

I am somewhat familiar with certain ones potentially fighting for a roster spot, but I am not entirely sure on the timeline. Could drop the Boedker signing for Highmore (after pushing Kampf over) Hagelin could be knocked off the trade for Quenneville. I am pretty solid on that Goldobin for Perlini swap though.

I still appreciate your feedback and desire to make it work, so I made a few changes in accord with what you said.

Kubalik is the hottest guy coming in this season on a 1 year contract. Expectations for him are high as a top 9 and maybe top 6 role, so I'm guessing he will be re-signed.

You are missing Kurashev, Mitchell, Beaudin, Entwhistle, etc. In fact, I think all these guys next year have a way better shot then Highmore.

Where did Gus go?

We don't need Spurgeon...we are incredibly deep on the right and on the left no need for Orlov....waste of cap space.

saad has such low value at that cap hit. Why would the rags give up one of their best young players and a 3rd for an underachieving forward at a position where they already have Panarin and Kreider?

Orlov way better than Maatta
Hagelin better than Carp
2nd rounder doesnt even out the deal

Perlini for goldobin makes most sense. both could use a change of scenery
