Resigning Muzzin at 5.5m seems to be a mistake to me. And lets move away from Gardiner. That's 9m Reilly, Dermot and Sandin are the left side. Finding another veteran LHD at a moderate price is easy.
Liljegren and I'm sure but at least there is 6m to find the other two spots. Who knows maybe it's Ceci as one of the guys.

Yeah it's a huge overpay if you value the picks, or Ceci. The Leafs have already shown that they're in the market for cups in the next few years though, not very late first rounders...

As an Isles fan he loves Mayfield and knows the Isles have no need for Ceci, depending on the prospects I think you'd have to consider this deal for the 1st alone. But it still seems like a bad deal for TOR.
