Description
This is the best way to get under the cap, and still compete for a Cup in 2019-2020.
The teams I traded with are just placeholders. But they are also teams that I think would take the player.

Doesn't effect in NHL I think. Only in competitions held by IIHF.

Seeming the IIHF has found him guilty of something to do with the cocaine incident, do you think the NHL will just ignore it?

NHL doesn't care about cocaine unless it's a drug related charge. Soooo many players do cocaine.

If he hasn't used during NHL season, then probably yes.

Only realistic consequence I can see in a sense is a fine of some amount for "not representing NHL well in public" or something like that.

Both those teams are pretty much right capped out so they're probably not a match.

Didn't kassian get suspended for cocaine?

Yeah because I think he had a legit drug problem and had to go into rehab. So unless Kuzey does that nothing will happen. It says in the CBA it's only worth anything if "dangerously high level for a drug of abuse such that it causes concern for health or safety of player or others".

Thank you for giving real feedback and not talking about cocaine.

The NHL does not operate under the authority of the IIHF. There’s also nothing in the CBA that allows for an NHL suspension based on IIHF testing. Since there is no actual crime here, the worst that will happen will be Kuzy having to take some drug classes.
