Schmidt violated the performance enhancing substance program. Kuzy did not.

The NHL has reviewed the photograph of Kuznetsov at the party where unlawful acts allegedly took place and, in light of Kuznetsov's responsibility to serve as a role model to hockey fans of all ages, the league has decided to suspend Tom WIlson for 50 games.

The NHL has just reduced that suspension to 10 games.
