At the end of the day... players win/lose the game. Coaches are usually the ones to take the blame, but 99% of the time the player COULD'VE done more.

Marner/Matthews/Tavares were 1-2-3 in AVG ice time throughout that series.. with Ennis/Goat/Moore averaging a combined 8 minutes per game... that's pretty standard lol

He isn’t the one with the skate on is feet. Players should be a shame of there self babcock have win everything so im not sure why you’re mad at him. If the team doesn’t not work he couldn’t do nothing

I doubt Tavares/Matthews lines had enough left in the tank to double shift for 5 minutes after playing 7 games in what, 14-16 days..? Likely not.
If you want someone to blame, its Kadri 100%.

I was blaming Kadri and I liked the return for him, but Babcock was clearly outcoached. Don't even get me started with his goalie pulls

Players need rest you can play 2 line back to back if there no whistle between. And brown brings energy sometime a big check can put you back in the game. Im sure if you where Maple Leafs coach they would win stanley cup ??????

So just to teach you a little about coaching, toronto was visitor in game 7 thats means they haven’t the last change. Babcock have play tavares against bergeron line for most of time and was using kadri to against bergeron. I wouldn’t expose matthews against bergeron line because matthews isn’t good in is zone so he managed is time

1 - i highly doubt they knew Hyman had a torn ACL, otherwise they wouldn't have put him out there.. here's a thought: maybe whoever took the penalty should've been more disciplined.
2 - Matthews was -3 in his 18 minutes of icetime.. he didn't deserve more...
3 - Marner and JT almost each played 21 minutes
4 - pulling the goalie isn't getting out coached, that was just a bad decision lol

edit: Toronto didn't even take a penalty against boston in game 7... oof

In all fairness the goals wee 2 weak ones from freddy, Another Gardiner giveaway and 2 empty netters. Even with him as -3, Connor Brown shouldn't see the ice in the last 5 minutes
