In Pronman's Rankings he has Capo as the Coyotes 4th best prospect, in the teir "Very Good NHL Prospect", which roughly translates to top 4 defenseman.

He’s a 22 year old that has yet to spend any significant time in the nhl.. for whatever reason that is, it’s a no go for the rangers.. they have too many lhd prospects as it is that project higher than him. And it would have to be a guaranteed first with an extra conditional pick depending on the prospect

He wasn't better than Oesterle? AHL production & being an AHL allstar doesn't always translate to an NHL career. Just ask John Gilmour, Adam Clendening, etc who all produced in the AHL or were allstars there

Regardless, rangers already have depth with Skjei, Miller, Hajek, Staal, Lindgren, Rykov, Reunanen, Jones, and Robertson. By no means is he a prospect that wouldn't require a 1st round pick in addition to get kreider.
