Garbage? LMAO don't even get me started on the Jets roster if you think Murphy, Saad, Kubalik, Krys and Perlini are garbage.

Murphy's awful, barely a top 6, Saad's best years are behind him, Kubalik will spend most of the year in the AHL, Perlini is a 4th line player and Krys is a B level prospect. If you genuinely think those will land you Laine you're on another planet.

You are clearly misinformed or don't know hockey if you think Muprhy is awful.
Saad's best years may or may not be behind him...he's 27 years old and they moved him to the 3rd line for most the season to get some depth scoring going which was anemic.
Kubalik is not spending the season in the AHL, he will be on the roster. He signed a 1 year contract that will send him back to europe if he doesn't make the NHL roster at his choosing.
Hard to say what Perlini is, like Pool Party...similar.
Krys is a B prospect.

No, Murphy was injured until early December with a back injury from the prior season but he wasn't benched once when he came back from IR and he was easily a top 2 defender on the team last year.

I don't disagree on the package not being enough even if the value is there analytically speaking, but disagree on the term "garbage" when describing these guys.
