batherson is easily at the number 3-4 spot on right wing imo
and brannstrom should be #3 not 4 but it doesnt really matter

I think you should have excluded guys who haven't signed yet. (This would solve the Suzuki/Poehling problem, incidentally.)

There are so many names on this list that aren't "prospects" anymore.
Once you get your chance at the NHL level you are no longer a prospect.
If you are a 1st over all and will probably get an immediate shot in the NHL aka Hughes, you aren't a prospect!
The very definition of a prospect is a younger player developing for his chance at the NHL level. Not players who have already had their chance there and couldn't stick or will be handed a position right after being drafted.

That's just not true. Anybody less than 24 years of age with <25 NHL games is still a prospect IMO. Hughes fits that criteria, thus he is still a prospect.
