He's placed on LTIR. He can dump Stepan's cap and sit on IR giving arizona 6.5M in cap

ANA Trade: Both teams decline because Anaheim is rebuilding and the Coyotes are not getting rid of one of their best veteran leaders
MIN Trade: Wild Decline
NYR Trade: ARI declines cause they don't need Names
NYI Trade: This one makes zero sense to me because not only is Boychuck older than Goose but his contract is also longer and he costs marginally less per year.

How liquid is his cash and how much is he prepared to lose? Remember that the old ownership were pretty much running the hotels non profit.
