Yup because they had like 5 better of them. Sheahan as 4C on Oilers is good idea.. behind McD, Drai and RNH.

Pretty decent center in a bottom 6 job for pretty cheap, surprised he couldn't find something a little better then $900K, he'll likely be 3C in Edmonton with one of RNH or Draisaitl playing wing in the top 6.

Last time he was on a Ken Holland team it took 82 games to score but he did score 2 that game.

Last year he did, the year before he played center. I'm 99% sure Edmonton signed him to be a center.

My knock on him is he's too soft. Big frame, never used it.
He's a 4th liner. Not much more than that. Could have given that role to a prospect with more upside.

Its always good to have a guys like him, playing prospect on the 4th line is the best way too burn them
